You’ll Need: 2 cups herb mix · 4 cups water · 1 cup local honey

How To:
1️⃣ Simmer herbs + water 45–60 min (reduce by half)
2️⃣ Strain, cool, stir in honey
3️⃣ Refrigerate (lasts 2–3 months)

Use:
✨ Adults: 1 Tbsp daily
✨ Kids (1+): 1 tsp
✨ At first sign of cold/flu: every 3–4 hrs
✨ Or steep as a soothing tea
