Simmer 2 cups of the herb mix with 4 cups of water for 45 to 60 minutes until reduced by half, strain, cool, and stir in 1 cup of local honey. Refrigerates for up to 2 to 3 months. Take 1 tablespoon daily for adults or 1 teaspoon for children over one. At first sign of illness, take every 3 to 4 hours. Can also be steeped as a soothing tea. Not for children under 1.
